What is the company Library?

Octave's AI will learn about your company (what you sell, who you sell to, etc.) to help you define and capture your GTM positioning. You will get a library of Personas, Use Cases, Customer References, Product Capabilities, etc. that like shareable and reusable components that you can use to generate content, and help you track messaging to analyze trends and improve your GTM.

What are Playbooks?

Octave's AI will help you generate unique messaging and highly specific value props for different outbound campaigns. For example you can create playbooks to go after specific types of companies, specific types of teams, specific business problems, specific events, etc. Octave's playbooks allow you to spin up messaging experiments extremely quickly and they automatically learn and self-improve from your outreach, providing you and your team new insights beyond basic opens and clicks.

What are generation credits?

Generation credits are what you use to create fully personalized sequences and templates with Octave's AI. Each credit = 1 email. Fully personalized sequences take in knowledge from your playbooks along with real-time data about the recipient from multiple sources to create completely unique sequences (every email in the sequence is unique for every recipient).

What are email lookups?

If you use Octave's contact database you can also lookup and get real-time verified email addresses. A lookup credit is consumed only if Octave returns an email address.

What if we don't use Google Workspace?

Currently Octave only supports login from Google Workspace accounts. We will be adding O365 and universal login in the coming months.

What integrations do you offer?

We currently have an open API (in beta) that is great for integrating with Clay and similar modern tools. We support native activity logging to Salesforce, Hubspot, and many other CRMs. We're currently working on other integrations with Outreach, Apollo, Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, and many others.
