What it does
Run your saved Octave agents to get a company brief and methodology-aligned call prep in one conversation
Scenario
You've got a call in 20 minutes. You barely remember the account. You need the company context and specific talking points based on your team's sales methodology. Your team has already built Octave agents for this - an Enrich agent and a Call Prep agent - but right now you'd have to open Octave, run them one at a time, and stitch the outputs together yourself.
How It Works
You tell Claude who you're meeting with and the company. Octave runs your saved Enrich agent via MCP to get the full company brief, then chains that output into your Call Prep agent to generate methodology-aligned talking points. You get one unified prep doc back. You can name specific agents or just describe what you need and Octave will figure out which ones to run.

The Old Way
❌ Wing It
Skip prep entirely because you don't have time to pull everything together before the call starts
❌ Tab Scramble
Open the CRM, LinkedIn, their website, and your notes app, then try to synthesize everything in the five minutes before the call
❌ Run Agents Separately
Open Octave, run the Enrich agent, copy the output, open the Call Prep agent, paste the context, run again, copy both somewhere
❌ No Methodology
Even when you do prep, the talking points don't align with your team's sales methodology because you're just reading raw data
⏱️ 15-20 minutes (or skipped entirely)
The New Way
One Prompt
Tell Octave who you're meeting and the company. It handles the rest, chaining agents automatically.
Agents Chained
Octave runs your Enrich agent first, then feeds that context directly into your Call Prep agent. No manual copy-paste between tools.
Methodology-Aligned
Your Call Prep agent is already built around your team's methodology. The talking points come back in the framework your team actually uses.
Flexible Agents
Name a specific saved agent or just describe what you need. Octave checks your agent library and picks the right one.
⏱️ 2-3 minutes
What You Get
Company Brief
From the Enrich agent: what the company does, size, vertical, recent news, competitive landscape, and anything relevant to your offering
Person Context
From the Enrich agent: their role, background, likely priorities, and how they relate to your product
Talking Points
From the Call Prep agent: methodology-aligned questions, discovery angles, value propositions, and objection responses tailored to this specific account and person
Step by Step
1
Tell Claude who you're meeting
I have a call with Sarah Chen, VP of Sales at acme.com, in 15 minutes. Run my enrichment agent on the company and person, then run my call prep agent with that context.
You can name specific agents ("my enterprise call prep agent") or just say "prep me for this call" and Octave will figure out which ones to run.
2
Octave finds the right agents
Octave calls list_agents to check your saved agents. If you named specific agents, it matches by name. If you just said "prep me," it identifies the Enrich and Call Prep agents from your library.
3
Octave runs the Enrich agent
Octave calls run_agent with your Enrich agent, passing the company domain and person details. The agent returns a full company and person brief with everything relevant to your offering.
4
Octave chains into the Call Prep agent
Octave takes the enrichment output and passes it as runtime context into run_agent for your Call Prep agent. The Call Prep agent uses that context to generate methodology-aligned talking points, discovery questions, and objection responses.
5
Review your unified prep doc
You get everything in one place: company overview, person context, and methodology-aligned talking points. Scan it before your call, and you're ready.
Need more depth? Run additional agents, enrich specific topics, or generate follow-up questions based on anything in the prep.
